Smile E! True Hollywood Special

Hey, guys

Just to let you know, the E! True Hollywood special for That 70s Show is on right now (8 Eastern time). You can still catch it because it runs for an hour....looks pretty interesting

If you miss it, I'm sure they'll re-air the special.

TV E! True Hollywood Story

The show on E! True Hollywood Story of "That '70's Show" was interesting. I watched it tonight. We saw Topher Grace, Ashton Kutcher, Laura Prepon, Mila Kunis, Danny Masterson, and Wilmer Valderrama. Lindsay Lohan was also on E! THS tonight which she guest starred on the show.

Hey DLevine,

The special was definitely interesting and it opened my eyes to all the backstage drama about Topher and Ashton. I was kind of surprised (and not in a good way) that Topher left his final episode so quickly that day, while Ashton was genuinely moved to tears. Kinda made me think of Topher in a different light, and even though I don't know everything that happened, I have gained respect for Ashton Kutcher as a person.

I thought it was pretty good. I'm glad they gave an explanation as to why Tanya and Lisa Robin left the show cause I never knew exactly why they left.

The special wasn't all that informative (to me anyways). It didn't even mention that she came back and left again. The only thing I learned in this special was that Topher was distant from the rest of the cast, except for Laura. Everything else, I pretty much knew.

From the vibe of it, I always thought that Topher and everyone else got along great.Guess I was wrong. But didn't know that him and Ashton had strong problems, though it was hinted at in USWeekly.

I highly doubt that that'll be the case. At all. I personally think that Topher could have a much better career than Ashton as long as he picks the right roles. Topher's range is incredible while Ashton's seems very limited.

I haven't seen this special. Leave it to E! to rip someone apart. I have a feeling that they look for any problems that exists within something and embellish it simply to make what they're doing more entertaining. I don't doubt that Topher wasn't an outcast. But you really have to think about it. Ashton, Danny, and Wilmer love the Hollywood scene. They like to go to clubs and date socialites and get drunk or whatever. Topher has made it clear that he is not into that scene. That is enough to cause a bit of a rift between the boys on the cast. Regarding him leaving the show, if he was unhappy I don't blame him. I can't wait to see what he can do as an actor.

I kinda relate to Topher in that aspect--I've never been a party person and would probably avoid that sort of Hollywood club scene myself. So I really can't blame him if that was the reason he felt alienated from his castmates and grew tired of it. It seems he had a close relationship with Laura Prepon (perhaps another homebody like himself?), so I am grateful for that, at least. He wasn't totally alone.

I just hope it isn't true that he's rude to his fans That would be extremely disappointing, sad, and not cool at all. That being said, I guess we'll never know unless we are there to experience it firsthand.
