Oh No Jayman2230@lycos.com still at it!

I got an email from jayman a week ago or so, but I was swamped with trades and the way he spoke bothered me, so I did not set up a trade, then I read the novel here at SO about him and figured it was a good idea to ignore this guy. Then today I get an email from him saying this:

"hello is this steve cole we did a trade for freddy the last disk you gace me doe snot work ok 15 to 21 i think please send again"

1) If he is talking about Freddy's Nightmares, that is only 9 discs.
2) I havent traded that set for awhile now.
3) He types like he has his eyes closed and is very drunk.

So just thought I would make another post, he might convince some newer traders who are doing a lot of trades, that they need to send him some discs. I know when I have a bunch of trades going on, it is hard to remember who I am trading with, but i know I have never and will never trade with this jackass.

Default Hhahaa

Oh man, you guys better kick in for a vacation soon for me.

Wow Josh...Josh from KC
and he asked if you were Steve Cole

Not SteveFromKC

I can't help but laugh at that.

And ya know, its funny
cuz everyone asked him for refrences, and Steve Cole wasn't on the list

Either were you

Then again, maybe thats a new scam.
Find a big trader and "Remind" him you need a replacmenet disc.

You just have to find 9 people who all have the same set....

Seriously if BAD traders and Dishonest traders put Half the work into just keeping facts straight and into their trades-

Did anyone mention Jayman's name? (I don't recall & couldn't find the thread quickly.) Maybe, with the bad typing, he meant "this is Steve Cole."

Rest assure I AM NOT jayman. I did do a small four disc trade with him acouple of weeks ago. And he apparently is now saying he's me? jayman lives in the UK, I live in Indiana. And no I am NOT a friend of his sneeking him in through the back door either

While he did send his end of the trade...with what he is doing now I will not do anymore trades with him .

Steve Cole
And since names were named in this thread, I did do a trade with Steve Cole in Indiana (don't know if you remember or not) over a year ago and it went well. I think it was for a single show, the final episode of Amish In The City. I just wasn't sure with Jayman's awful typing if he was looking for you or saying he was you. It does sound like he's looking for you. So I guess he must have been drunk to think Josh from KC may have been Steve from Indiana...

Default not to worry

i THINK what the post meant is that

JAYMAN emailed JOSHFROMKC
and asked if JOSH was steve cole?
like maybe he had emails mixed up

but we ALL know steve cole is NOT jayman so do not worry

i have some info that lamont is jayman

jayman is short for

junk man ... j man...thus jayman

it fits therefore it must be true.............

then theres the next theory

maybe its a school mate of wolf11

the grammer and typeing match up

one thing in all serious talk

josh, it really isnt a good idea to drop someones name, in association with this

the way most people read, its all too easy to get a decent persons name , intermixed with a problem person

is this______ _______ ?

probably would have been much cooler

____ ______ doesnt need the publicity, in association with that person

I actually did read it wrong, started to post, and read it again and realized I was having a blonde moment (and deleted that post). I've heard nothing but good reports about Steve Cole as a trader, which is why I went back and read it again. But yes, it's important to be careful about how things are worded, because someone who hasn't heard anything about another trader could easily misinterpret an ambiguous post.

Oh Dang it you found me out.
Now I need a new MO.

Now, Jayman was never tagged a BAD trader- I am glad to hear he does send items out.
but that makes it all the more confusing.
When people asked for refrences, how come Cole's name wasn't on the list?
Bizarre.

And RedWhine, you asked for his info--
Jayman name/city
USMAN ANWAR

LEYTONSTONE

UNITED KINGDOM

And Cole, hey he is a fellow Hoosier. You can trust a Hoosier.

Hoooosier's trading pardner's

We are!

(okay everybody groan)

I read my own email/post wrong before making the post!
I never meant to bring Steve Cole into the topic, I thought jayman was saying THIS IS STEVE COLE, we did a trade...etc. etc.

Sorry pioneer for dropping your name here and jayman in the same topic.

The title of the email was STEVE COLE, so while reading his ramblings, I thought he was annoucing this is who he is, and we did a trade. But hopefully he can figure out that JoshFromKC is not some clever nickname that I use, but is pretty straight forward, my name is Josh, and I am in fact from KC.
