In last night's episodes, in the flashback when Simon first acquired Happy and
was teaching the dog tricks, he said, "Good boy!" But in the new footage the
family referred to the dog as "she" and "her." I guess you really CAN teach an
old dog new tricks!

By the way, in real life Happy (which is also the pooch's real name) is female.

Well maybe Simon called it a boy before they checked to see if it was a boy or a girl. But if they had had him for a while when he was teaching her tricks that wouldn't make sense.

Oh well show always have a few mistakes like this.

I am sure when they first found Happy, they assumed she was a boy, but after she had PUPPIES, I am sure they figured it out.
