What's wrong with Essence? I like to keep in touch with my black side LOL. No People don't have a media section, it mostly have storys about Celebrities and they have interviews in it that celebs give.

Isn't Ebony a lot better than Essence?

No way.

The only time I would read those is if I was some place where I was bored out of my mind and had absolutely nothing to do, and that magazine was laying around so I'd have to pick it up and flip through it to try and pass the time.

From time to time I don't subscribe to it. I read Ebony too I just don't subscribe to it either. I'll get it if I go to the store and the cover interest me. Or if I hear about a story in one of then that I want to read. My mom subscribe to Jet so I'll get some of her hand me down issuses sometimes LOL
