Why would you want the Jeffersons to replace them shows? They all need to stand side by side, because they are related. Well, What's Happening wasn't a Norman Lear show, but Bud Yorkin produced it, and Eric Monte created it. I would to see the Jeffersons join the other black shows of the 70s. I could see the Jeffersons on after Good Times and before What's Happening!!

It's obvious the ratings are good. I do agree Sanford and Son has been overplayed, and Good Times. Isn't there another Good Times marathon in May? Why get rid of your bread if it's being buttered?

Last time I remember the Jeffersons was on it took Batmans place. That can't happen this time. I remember it was on like at 3:00 in the afternoon when Twice as Nice was still on.

Because it's the Jeffersons turn to be on TV LAND for 3 years like S&S.

I don't why it's so hard for you to understand why I wanted the Jeffersons to replace Sanford and Son. That show is complete on DVD, and it's been on TV LAND since January of 2003 so isn't it time for the show to be REPLACED?

Why should it just replace Sanford and Son? Like I said, the ratings must still be good. Why do you think the marathon was on last month? I would want the Jeffersons to be on next to Sanford and Son and Good Times....not replace it. There are other shows on TVLand other than Sanford and Son that needs to be replaced like Little House On the Praire. That's a waste of the 8pm hour wouldn't you say?

Yeah You have a point there but I just focus on the TV LAND shows I like to watch which are

All in The Family
Good Times
What' Happening

So since those are all from the 70's, i would like to see a 70's replacement like the Jeffersons,

Yeah but that would mean the Jeffersons would come on before 10pm or the afternoon. I would want it to replace a show in the 10pm to 1am timeslot.
