I remember seeing an old Keniscope of Jackie Gleason and Frank Sinatra doing a sketch on I beleive was the Frank Sinatra Show . I Know this was in the 50's but what year? Was this show popular? How many guest apperances did Jackie do?

This would obviously be the 1950-52 version of Sinatra's show as aired on CBS, during a very low point in his career. By the time of Sinatra's ill-fated 1957-58 ABC show, however, Gleason was already locked up by CBS under exclusive contract.

Frank Sinatra had a couple series? I never knew that! Were they variety shows, sitcoms....what?

...Frank Sinatra had two unsuccessful musical variety shows on TV in the '50s- his 1950-'52 live CBS show, and his 1957-'58 ABC series, some of which were presented live AND filmed, which ALSO included some dramatic and comedy "anthology" episodes featuring guest stars, from time to time.
Apparently, he was much better appearing in "specials", which is what he did for the rest of his life.

thanx! Now that I think about it, I remember seeing a 3 stooges special (besides being a big STAR TREK fan-obviously; because of my signature

-I'm also a HUGE fan of THE 3 STOOGES!!) back around 89 or 90 where they showed a clip of them on one of SINATRAS shows.

True . . . though even some of the specials were hit-and-miss, like a 1968 show Mr. Sinatra did where one of the guests was The 5th Dimension. I understand that that one got some mixed reviews.
