Does anyone know who played the fishing boat capitain, that bawled out Eddie, in one of the shows final episodes? He looked like the same guy who had Fred Rutherfords car towed away, in the parking attendents.

Harry Harvey played Captain Drake in the episode Summer in Alaska.
Dick Simmons played Mr. Langley in the episode The Parking Attendant.

Mr. Langley didn't have Fred's car towed -- it was someone else who noticed the car was parked illegally who called for the car to be towed.

In any case, it wasn't the same actor who played "Capt. Drake".
