I know throughout most of the Pembroke and Powell, the women he didn't were either a year younger than him or probably much younger than him. Or possibly a little older than him...but where's there ever an episode where Charles did dated an older woman...but I guess not. Since Walter's dates were his and the dates planned to trick Walter since he planned his dates. So what happened the dates pretended to be much interested in Charles and Buddy rather than Walter. Though that doesn't count. Not even the lady from The Bob Newhart Show that kissed Charles in a frenzy.

no, Charles never "dated" an older woman....but besides the episode you mentioned with Walter, there was also an episode "Mrs. Robinson" I think it was called where Mrs. Powell's best friend had a thing for Charles.

Another thing is during the first season when Charles has a tiny infatuation with Douglas' teacher....who seem to be a bit older than him..though I don't know for sure. She could be or not......you know.....the old classic saying, "You can't be Douglas' teacher."
Would it be kind of funny if he brought Joan Collins as Charles' date? Imagine what the Powells would have thought...
