There are so many good traders that frequent this board, those who post time and time again of their haves and wants and still there are those who pass these good folks by and come up with unknowns. Just where do you dig some of them up from.?

What amazes me is that people DON'T run trader checks first

But even MORE amazing

You know the list gets added to, and the moderators go through pretty thorough investigations to compile it daily-
We do all the research, the typing, the collecting, even put aliases up there.

Might be beneficial to actually check it.

Yes he is a known bad trader.
Yes he is on the bad trader list
And yes you probably just got ripped off.

If you send me his NEW emails, ill add them to the list he was already on

the reason these type of things happen is that often times
TRADERS IGNORE THE OBVIOUS!

I mean look at the thread earlier today----

a trader check on a new member--- this member gave 2 FAKE REFERENCES which were "Obviously" his other emails (almost identical email address-- BOTH with his server) and he also used an alternate email to ask Padre to trade with, EVEN AFTER that person had no expressed that he had interest in doing so and had BLOCKED his primary email

Now, i dont know that guy----BUT I DO KNOW that ANY trader at all who starts off by telling lies and using fake references is NOT someone I want to deal with and NOT someone I think belongs on this board in any way, shape or form

BUT yet, people still say "ILL TRY AND SEE" and when they end up in a mess next month, old lamont will have a clear conscience

ALSO-- people make bad trader posts on others-- (NOW I CAN SEE if it was just 1 guy saying so and so did them wrong---but im talking about when there are SEVERAL complaints about a user)

there are some names on the bad trader list, of bad traders--- and SOME MEMBERS continue to swap with these people--- knowing FULL AND WELL that the discs that these people have were gained by SCAMMING or RIPPING OFF others and yet they keep trading with them

Now, I am all for giving a sucker an even break and all that--- BUT I MEAN if Loren were to do a trade with TRADE X who got 125 discs from me and RIPPED ME OFF FOR THEM, that would kind of make me a bit ticked off at him too? know what i mean? *** ALSO KEEP IN MIND, for every 1 bad trade post, there are usually several more that are not willing to go public with it, but will email SOMEONE about it.

and if a bad trader ripped off 6 others, do u think u r somehow special??? and they wont do it to you in the end? -- NOTE scammers or bad traders---- ALMOST ALWAYS START OFF GOOD, and then go all to hell down the road

I mean if you see 5 guys in a row get burnt by touching a stove, WHY ARE YOU GOING TO GO UP AND GIVE IT A GRAB and see if it is REALLLLLY hot or not!??
here is a note---- for NEW TRADERS----if u see them, ASK FIRST BEFORE U SWAP--- EVEN IF THEY SEND FIRST---it can STILL BE A MESS,

2. do not trade with people on the bad traders list, if u trade with them, u will get burned---- maybe not the 1st trade, or the 2nd, but u will---- these people are not banned, or on the bad trader list for a 1 time slip up---- its for a pattern of bad trading

ALSO---

****** IMPORTANT NOTE--- Please, lets NOT , repeat NOT pick on any 1 trader or group of traders AT ALL- that Is NOT THE POINT AT ALL

i am just saying that if people followed the advice above---- there would be a lot less complaints about getting scammed!

For the record i have been contacted in the last 6 months by about 6 or 7 names on the bad trader list

they ALL have an excuse and story to tell

they claim lilhave lied about it, Agent13 lied, she made it up, Loren lied he made it up, Savage lied she made it up---- I got confused, It wasnt me--- it was my evil sister in law who did it, I was out of the country for 6 months-----

these people are PROFESSIONAL LIARS

the stories will sound good, the lies will make sense, they might have nice websites or good feedback on ebay, or nice big lists

BUT i have found that EVERY TIME the lies showed through

do not get sucked up into their B.S. excuses, b/c if they suck u into the tale, u will get burned too

JUST SAY NO!
