I hate when good threads are closed because of a couple of people who decide to get into an argument! I feel like F cursing when that happens!

That's happened to me a few times. I have started innocent threads and two people get into a fight, and in a jiffy, the thread is closed!

It's always like that; when you have some people and/or even just one person that does something bad and/or says something bad, they ruin it for everybody else. They are so immature. Just like back in school when the whole class has to stay behind because of one person. I hate that too.

It really does stink when a few people who decide to be rude have to ruin the fun for everyone else. I actually stopped going to a couple of websites I really enjoyed because of a few posters who couldn't play nice.

i hate that too. especially when the thread is sooo good. Not only that, i hate when the thread takes a turn for the worse and you see two people going at it and it's fun to read. Kinda like watching an accident scene or being a "looky loo"...sitting on the sidelines and seeing people getting angry!

I know what Murphy is saying. They should just ban the person who is making bad replies and keep the thread open, like another website that I belong to. The admins there only delete the bad replies and keep the thread opened. But sometimes when they decide the thread is too bad, they delete the WHOLE thread like it never existed. At SO, the thread usually just gets locked(Unless it's REALLY, REALLY bad and that happens once in a blue moon).

hah, i remember the steve irwin thread last year where there were a couple of adults going at each other over some stupid **** and wouldn't stop despite janice's warnings and kept going until the damn thread was closed. funny stuff.
