My roommate dated a girl in college who "switched sides" a few years after they broke up. I guess that lifestyle change didn't take because she went back to dating men, and eventually married one.
I think people have two sets of rules when it comes to this type of question. If a guy was "involved" with a man at one point, then he's gay, and he will always be gay even if he is dating a woman now etc.etc. If a girl was "involved" with another girl, it's called "something I did in College."
