Default Adamantium's List of the Top 10 Best & Worst Sitcoms of the 2000s...

This list is simply my opinion. However, it WILL offend some of you. I know that some of the shows I list as the worst are some of your favorites. I apologize in advance. However, the list must go on...

The Top 10 Worst Sitcoms of the 2000s
(In Alphabetical Order)
-According to Jim
-Hope & Faith
-Living with Fran
-Malcolm in the Middle
-Reba
-Rodney
-Still Standing
-That’s So Raven
-Two and a Half Men
-Will & Grace

The Top 10 Best Sitcoms of the 2000s
(In Alphabetical Order)
-Andy Richter Controls the Universe
-Arrested Development
-Curb Your Enthusiasm
-8 Simple Rules…
-Futurama
-The King of Queens
-Less Than Perfect
-Phil of the Future
-That '70s Show
-Titus

With honorable mention to "The Bernie Mac Show" and "Family Guy."

The shows have to have at least one full season (or two half seasons) or more.

You don't have Scrubs on your Best list? I'm so offended!

I agree with all your shows on on your worst list. I like Andy Rihter and Futurrama on your Best list.

On your best list I never cared for AD, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Andy Richter, or Futurama. I guess that's why I don't watch much sitcoms anymore. In fact My Name Is Earl is the only one I do watch.

I did have Scrubs on the list but it got bumped when I realized I didn't have "Futurama" there. And I love Futurama. And besides I'm not that big of a fan of "Scrubs". I don't hate it, I just don't love it. Don't worry, we still have Wings, NewsRadio and M*A*S*H in common.

And about Malcolm and Two and a Half Men, this is my opinion. Obviously this wouldn't count as some official list. I can't stand either of those shows (especially Two and a Half Men). Malcolm went to be something different and it was just something I didn't care for. Not something terrible, but again, not for me. And I haven't laughed once at Two and a Half Men.

I guess the funny thing about my list is that most of my "Worst" shows are high rated and popular, whereas my "Best" shows are low rated and underrated. That's just how it is.

I would count "My Name Is Earl" as one of the best sitcoms of the decade, but I'm doing shows that already have a complete season. So basically, next season it can go on my list.

Finally, someone defends "Will & Grace." I figured my adding that to my "Worst" list would upset many people here. I never liked "That '70s Show" until last year (with the DVDs). If I never bought and watched the DVDs, it might have been on my worst list. I'm glad I gave it another chance.

As for Will & Grace, I've given it a few chances and I just don't like it. But hey, if it makes you laugh, then I'm glad.

I am surprised that nobody said anything about Phil of the Future. I have never seen it so I can't comment on it but I would have thought somebody would have said something about it. All I know is its a Disney channel show.

I don't usually like Disney Channel shows. But Phil of the Future is one of the very few exceptions. It's just good ol' fashioned comedy.

I, too am a little surprised no one mentioned it. I figured there would be many "That's So Raven" fans out there voicing their opinions here. I guess what it comes down to is, no one cares. After all it's just my list. It's not some official list in TV Guide or something.

I can't decide how I feel about "Will & Grace." It can be really funny, but also very hit-and-miss, and the characters aren't that dimensional.
