Default The Uncreativity of TV Land is proven once again this weekend

First of all, Bonanza and Gunsmoke is shown for 8 hours every weekend and now they make it a Weekendthon? Bonanza today and Gunsmoke all today tomorrow? Whoever is in charge of TV LAND programming is on Cocaine, Acid, Herion, and Pot-LOL

Well, I know I will not be watching TVLand this weekend. Why the HELL can't they put on some RARE shows every now and then for a marathon? Oh, well . . .

They do great ratings, so they're going to milk it.

My uncle loves watching these shows, can't get enough of them

Bonanza is alright, but Gunsmoke is great. With over 600 episodes I wish they would air the first 12 seasons and not just the last 8.

I'd take a westerns marathon over a constant Full House, or Roseanne or Cosby show marathon

As much as I hate Full House, I think I could watch that before Gunsmoke or Bonanza

Sorry. I love Bonanza and Gunsmoke.

I must, however, agree with JeffRuss1972. When are they going to run marathons of some RARE shows?

well, I happen to LOVE westerns. I agree, though, a weekend marathon of "Bonanza" & "Gunsmoke" IS a little too much of them.

TV LAND just has the rights to the color seasons. I agree, though, I wish they'd show the black-and-white episodes, eccspecially the half-hour ones. And the ones with Dennis Weaver & Burt Reynolds.
