Default SitcomsOnline What do YOU love about it

I'm tired for all the nagging and arguing this week

I want a POSITIVE THREAD

So come on and Speak up-

What do YOU about Sitcoms

The Traders forum?

The jokes, the laughter?

The meeting and talking to all walks of life?

The chance to get old shows

The chance to goof off at work?

We have a great site here- so lets focus on what you love about it for an afternoon

I want feedback

What is it about Sitcoms that keeps YOU coming back for more

Other than me of course

I love the trading forum just for the entertainment value in it. lol

I really enjoy breaking apart old tv shows and analyzing them.

To me it's just a fun place to visit. Hard to believe but I have made friends and converse with them on a regular basis.

Great idea, Savage!

I love the Trading Post because I've met some really nice people here that I now call friends and have been able to find some great shows and share
some of mine that others have wanted.

I really like the DVD reviews because it helps me determine which sets I
should buy...

I also really enjoy the individual show pages where there are pictures and chit chat about the series, episodes etc...

Basically, I enjoy the entire site and I for one am really thankful it exists!

Thanks to all who make it possible!

Default I asked

I asked, but I never answered

I love the mixed bags of readers- and posters.
I like learning about shows form Canada, and the UK
I liek the exposure-

I like saying "Hey remember that show- and someone saying yes yes I do.

Quoting a sitcom and someone laughing with me

I love the friends I have made, in person and on the phone-

I like the participation for my kooky contests, and I love the fact you are all just as addicted as I am

Overall I like the energy and passion that pours out.
In arguments, in collections, in searches and in collecting.
I love, that you all LOVE this stuff so much.

I have been lucky to meet people like April4972 who is now a great friend and RoseNylund, another great trader. And whether a posting is about looking for an obscure show, or a lengthy rant about some evil female trader (Sue Maples in particular comes to mind) the posts on this site are entertaining and never boring to say the least.

Cool I love....

A few things here

I wake up in the morning and get to read a bunch of lilhave's old jokes, and I thank god that I wasn't born in the era of the silent shorts (however I was still born in the south, so its a trade off)

I love that most of the traders here are trustworthy (not all)

I love that the moderators here are not total dictators like on SOMMMMME boards

and that they are not totally blind like on the crazymax board where every other word is M Fer and the average age seems to be 16

I love that Loren can be counted on to speak his mind clearly and harshly if need be

I love that joey1727 is still here, so that I dont feel so bad, that I actually love SHERIFF LOBO

I love that no matter what I do, I can always count on at least one person a week to email me and tell me what an Ahole I am because I wont trade for anything on their list (* sidenote to those who do that, i DO keep a list of you for future "Never in a Million Years" replies )

I love that I get to watch a lot of old shows that I grew up on, and its 99% thanks to the folks here

I love that sue maples, wolf11, lisa mailman and Andy Turpa can read this-- BUT THEY CANNOT REPLY

I love that Joker will make me laugh, even if I laugh alone

I love that new traders make their way here, like Beavis or Staffino and they ACTUALLY know S*** from Shinola and add to the board, unlike other boards where the newbies are all folks that got banned here!

I love that I can always count on Tvresearcher to remind me of what IS and IS NOT a spinoff anytime I want to post about it (check out the SPINOFFS Board for more posts on that)

I love that I can wear my old Denim Shirt, unbuttoned 1/2 down, and put on my polyester slacks and my big gold medallion, and log on here and feel
right at home
