Something is wrong with my aux on my TV. I get audio and not video when I plug something into it. I have tried different sets of RCA cables and the same thing still happens. I went to open my TV today (and I had no clue what I was doing) to see if something was interfering with it. I wasn't going to remove anything I just thought I would take a look. Well I couldn't tell what was what so I thought I would put it back together. I have one of those TV/VCR/DVD combos and when I went to put it back together I must not have had it lined up right. When I went to try out my VCR it wouldn't fit so I had to take apart my TV again. I did get it right the second time, but it was a pain because it took me a while to take it apart. I did learn a lesson though to just leave things alone. I will just bring it to repairman and save myself the hassle. Still no video on aux, but I guess I can live without it.
Has something similar happened to any of you? |

I have had those issues with VCR/DVD/Cable box crap. I hate when I have had to remove the cables for one reason or another and then can't remember how the stupid cables go!!!!!! I wrote on each individual cable with a marker where each one goes so that in the future i won't deal with an hour of trying to figure out what goes where...
Just yesterday, I was wondering why my clothes weren't drying. I checked out the lint hose (that big aluminum thingy in the back) and noticed it had come loose from the exhaust in the wall that blows out the hot air. Well, it's supposed to be simply putting it back on and making sure it's secure with that metal ring that tightens and holds it in place. Simple right? Wrong!!!!!!! For some reason, it seems that stupid aluminum is really silver rice paper!!!!! it kept tearing and tearing and tearing. I was getting a shorter and shorter hose. It was pissing me off!!!!! After an hour of being careful, throwing things around and cussing underneath my breath, i finally got that damn thing on there and working. Who needs a man???
