Default TO THE NEWBIES...

If you don't like the posts, comments, threads, etc. abt t.v. shows, sitcoms, dramas, etc. then SITCOMS ONLINE ISN'T FOR YOU. We analyze, we question, we comment, etc. Don't give us grief abt black/white issues...etc. it's really stupid and annoying to have newbies come on here and tell us how POLITICALLY CORRECT they are or how BLACK OR WHITE makes no difference to you. Bravo, great, good for you...but you know what, this board is abt talking abt shows til there is nothing left to talk abt. If you are a newbie, of course you will post stuff that has already been talked abt. That's cool. No problema. However, when you come on here and tell us how to be politically correct, then you have no business being a part of this board. Thanx.

I love u guys too...

i won't mention the name but here is the post i was referring to:
__________________________________________________________
Hi, my Feeling is this. It does not matter what color you are or what race you are. the fact is ********* is the most funniest halarious TV Show in history. Black people are people to, just as white people are people to also just like myself. I don't care about if a interracial married couple who has a baby that turn out to be either black or white. that is completely irrelevent to the show. ********* is funny and cool. I watch it, and I enjoy it. and that's all that matters to me.

the above is what I was talking abt. But this is not the first time this has happened.

When I was a newbie I was just trying to fit in. I guess times have changed. I've seen a lot of those type posts lately from newcommers.

and the stupid thing is this was posted on a thread that a poster was asking whether it was possible for a biracial couple to have one child be "white" in appearance...and another child be "black" in appearance. I at first thought it was ridiculous (as did this poster) but after doing some research I found some proof (pics) along with a story. It was a legit question and something I too had wondered. Forums like this, you tend to learn something new everyday. But obviously someone took it TOO PERSONAL and didn't get the idea behind the thread. That pisses me off.

I was reading that thread. I didn't know it was possible either. You learn something new everyday. That is one thing thats great about SO. These posts remind me of the Its Not In The Script Posts. If it wasn't for these discussions of episodes then SO sure would be boring. I know I wouldn't want to come here as much as I do.

I know. That's what I mean. Why join and post on a sitcoms board and respond with IT'S NOT IN THE SCRIPT / IT'S IN THE SCRIPT? BORING!!!!!!!

Oh yes. Man those people are downright mean. Though I admit it's funny sometimes, especially when it's a show you already hate.
