Talking Jay Leno or Conan

Myself Conan is the better comedian, his skits and jokes are way better. And you never know what Conan is gonna do next

Jay Leno.

Conan is way too hyper for my tastes. I can only sit through a few minutes (or less) of him before I have to change the channel. He makes me much too tense. And coming on in late night, that is NOT a good thing. Tension makes for a tough time sleeping.

Leno makes me laugh. That is relaxing.

Leno is FAR better than any other late night comic. He has the more viewers than Conan or Letterman.

Leno's delivery of his jokes is so superior to Conan and especially Letterman. Leno's injects so much enthusiasm and vigor into his jokes that Conan and Letterman just don't do. Both Conan and Letter can sometimes be funny there are not even in the same league as Leno.

Jay Leno. He's closer to the traditional stand-up comedian I was used to when I was growing up.

A comment somewhat off-topic. I hope you will indulge me for a few moments.(I caught the Tonight Show live a few years ago and had a great time--If you're ever in L.A. check it out if you're a Jay Leno fan. Admission is free, but you have to line up for tickets very early in the morning on a first come first served basis. People with tickets start lining up during the day. The first ones in the door get the seats closer to the stage. The NBC interns are very friendly and easy going. They run everything. They let you in the door like, 4:30 and the show starts at 5:00. Leno comes out on stage before 5:00 very informally in jeans and interacts with the crowd. He's as funny, if not funnier, off the cuff, so to speak as when he's scripted.

Also, when you're on line a long time, either waiting for tickets, or to get in, you start making friends with the other people in line, talking and joking. It's really fun! You get to know people that have a common interest with you (namely, the Tonight show, comedy, TV shows and so forth). It's kind of like SO. You have that common bond.

Can't wait 'till lame-o Leno leaves so King Conan can take over the Tonight Show.
