Need help with a past trader.....

I recently found out that wolf11 was trading on crazymax.org, so I went over there and tried to get him to send the discs he owes me and everyone else he ripped off from here. Well evidentally hes a little better trader on there than he was here. Well he messaged me that I was slandering his name and half the people think Im just trying to screw him over or something so they dont believe he's a bad trader. I gave him a chance to send my discs and he refused. If anyone thats been screwed over by him can go over there and help me plead my case Id appreciate it. I know theres a few of you he didnt send the stuff he owed. Anyway thanks again. Jim

He sent me a set of discs I was unhappy with-
When I confronted him he took my head off in several emails.
Shortly after 4 members emailed me stating he owed them items.

And shortly after that, another moderator had to add him to the bad trader list- for even more items not sent.

I was only shorted 2 discs, although the ten disc set of the other was never addressed.
The fact he chose to trade on another site, instead of repairing his credability says something too.

If others feel you are slandering him, let them be aware that yours is only one opinion of many unfortunately.

I know for me, the situation was easily remedied- but he really really lost his cool in the emails, and was extremely isulting and deragotory.

Definately the same spelling too. It seems he starts off good and then screws people he owes me for an 8-10 dvd trade that I had written off long ago but now that he seems to be trading again I will be trying to get my stuff back as well or at least let the other board know what to watch out for. I never really bothered persuing things after he was banned as my small trade pales incomparisin to the 44 owed to darkman and the 100 he owes Joey.

as he sent me a copy of the set and it was defective and now he doenst have it at all?

he offered to send me other stuff instead

I just can't get why he would do this and to so many different people on the same board. I started off just trying to get my discs back but the more I thought about it, the more I see it's not right to only fight for my discs when he's screwed all of you out of stuff. Sadly it's even more people than I thought. He messaged me on crazymax and said he sent my discs and hes not going to send them again which I sware is a lie. I been messageing him for 7 months now and never got one message back until the other day when he threatened to sue me for slandering his name. Ill post both meesages he sent me. He needs to replace and send the discs he owes people if he's going to keep tradeing. Crazymax people more less said I was trying to trash him because hes a great trader in their book. So thats why I came here asking for help, which I appreciate as I stated before. Thanks. Jim

well as i recall he threatened to sue TJ and this site for all the people "slandering" him on this board

why is it that bad traders seem to always follow the same patterns?

i got a reply from him that he know longer has what he owes me, and he offered to send me wrestling dvds instead

so i said, that is no use to me

he seemed like a nice guy when he started, who knows, maybe he is, maybe he got reallll behind and said screw it and just ditched us all

BUT I WOULD DO THIS DARKMAN, if he claims he sent them to you, ask him for PROOF of delivery, ask him for a delivery confirmation or a tracking # at least, I WOULD EMAIL HIM and also ask him on the BOARD HE TRADES ON NOW, so that he can respond publicly, i also urge all members that he owes, to go to that site and post a public request to get what u are owed---

now joey, how could you be giving away dvds, and old loren didnt get a handful????

ill make all of youall a little friendly wager

i bet the following

take the amount of time and effort you will invest trying to get things from curtis

and invest that time in trying to deal with one of the proven decent folks on the board here and now

and i gaurentee you will come out way ahead by forgetting curtis, and getting something going here

email 5 new traders, introduce yourselves, send your list, list a couple references < joey, ill give you a goo refernce>, and see what happens

it many times is the smart thing to do, to write off a lost cause

there are going to be bumps in the road, thieves, liars, scammers, slow pokes, etc etc, i have had a tremondus amount of them, on my learning curve

The emails he sent you have to be the most articulate I have ever seen from Curtis. Either he is running spell check or he has hired a ghost writer. The one thing that baffles me is how he could screw up sooo bad and still post under the same user name. Not the brightest crayon in the box.

I am waiting for approval on that board and then I plan on posting the links to his threads. He started off good here too and then screwed some good people.

I dont know how he comes up with some emails and posts he does. Some are perfect legible english and some look like he just moved in from some far away country. I noticed that.
And Loren, I think me and everyone else he screwed over know we will never get our stuff but its better to bring him out in the open so he dont screw everyone over there also. I hate to see that happen to anyone else. I didnt relize he did that to so many people here. I thought maybe one or two but its alot more than that.
Anyway like I said I know its a lost cause for me but just think of how many wont be scammed by him in the end. Its ridiculous to owe around 200+ discs to people and still go on another board trying to trade everyone else like that. Thanks. Jim

i understand that you want to warn everyone there, i do think you will never buck the 'rasslin system , hes made a few friends, probably mostly stooge deals with his own good trader posts about himself

i was the one who exposed him here, i didnt loose any discs to him, but i felt it was my duty to do it, part of being in a good trading community. i wasnt afraid of him paying me back with whatever. i feel its everyones duty to report poor behavior.

everyone here knows the story now, and maybe thats about all you can ask for. make a new trade and have that give you a warm and fuzzy feeling, its much better than nasty taste curtis has left on all he dealt with.

FIRST I will say this---- IF his mother is honestly very ill, i do wish he all the best--- however, i was told this months ago--- the same story--- his mom was ill and he was getting out of trading, but all he did was go to a new board--- so i dont know what to think on that

SECOND--- his computer crashed again? and he lost everything again? geesh, he REALLY must have a bad computer b/c that is like the 3rd time it crashed and he lost all the info, and before that he had a computer virus that knocked him off for a few weeks, what a string of bad luck, eh?

THIRD---- i guess that joey1727, cartoondvds, darkman and all the others are ALL Lying about him, BUT the funny thing is, they are all telling the same story--- how he owes them a lot, didnt send anything and wouldnt answer emails for months and months, BUT SUDDENLY replies when a bad post pops up on his new board?!?! AND OF COURSE, he sent to ALL OF THESE PEOPLE ALLREADY, but didnt use delivery confirmation numbers on ANY of the pacakges, and every single one of them, MUST have gotten lost b/c noone got anything

and he know longer has the set he owes me, so i told him to send me an even # of wrestling discs (which he seems to trade mainly) and ill call it even, we will see what happens

BUT for all of you who have issues with him, I URGE u to post here, BUT ALSO go to that other site and join in on the thread there, BECAUSE that thread is the one that he is replying to and paying attention to!
