college and say-"mom I'm dropping own because college is not for me" And then say-"I didn;t come up with a plan B about what I will do yet because I was on my summer vacation" My mom would have throw my ass out of the house so fast-lol Clair and Cliff just took Denise back in with noooo problem

Only in the World of TV things like that can happen.

They said that they knew that college wasn't for Denise, Why waste their money by going and failing out. And since Denise didn't go back to college Cliff and Claire got their money back. So I would have rather had her tell me then, than to wait a month into the school yr to tell me that she wanted to drop out. Then I would have been highly pissed.

I couldn't believe it either when she said "Mom it is my summer vacation".

Had she found a job during the summer it may have been easier to tell her parents because she can say well I have found a job until I figure out what I want to do. At least it would have shown her parents she is not being lazy and showing some initative.
