That's not that unusual especially with older movies. Sometimes its because they are distributed by different companies, other times it is just for variety.
There is no difference, it's the same exact movie - just in a different box. |

One may have been for video rental stores and one for the ones you just buy...

Actually it is two different companies because it is two different movies, you see.
On one box, it shows Michael J Fox and Nancy McKeon and on the other box it shows Drew Barrymore because on one movie it starres Michael J Fox and Nancy McKeon and the other movie it starred Drew Barrymore. That may be the reason for there being two different boxes. |
