was the host of the PAX game show SUPERMARKET SWEEP, David Ruprecht? I loved that game show and everytime I would watch it, I couldn't help but remember that was the guy that Janet ended up marrying on TC.

I remember watching this a long time ago when I was like in second or third grade but I never knew about TC back then!!! I think they should have given her a cuter husband like David from UITA....at least we knew him!

oh i know! besides his wet sponge personality, he's nothing to look at. janet deserved way better than that. if i think about it too long i feel the violence within me rising VERY quickly.

I knew the moment Supermarket Sweep first came on that was Janet's husband. but of course, SO didn't exist then. LOL

I knew when I first saw it. I used to watch that with my Aunt when i was like 5 or 6 and i started watching TC in 4th grade.

I bet not many. It is rarely shown. Lucky for me I got a copy when Starz WAM showed it in 2002.

As a matter of fact, when David was shown on TC to be Janet's husband, I told myself, I have seen that guy on this and this and that show, etc. I already knew his face.

Back on Topic, I didn't realize it was the same person until last year.
I remember that show being on Lifetime when it first came out, It was around 5 or 6pm, which I think is considered the dinner hour.
