OK, my Geocities web site is unbearably slow!!!! My DSL provider has blocked me from running a web server, so I'm not sure who to go through. There's a ton a freebie servers like geocities out there, so I was hoping that some of you guys could give me a suggestion!!!
Thanks! I luv you all! |

EPrsonally, I like Homestead. That's where I buld all my site. They give you tons of stuff to work with, plus add your own, in addition, you get 16MB of space for each site and there is no limit (to my knowledge) on the # of sites you can have.

what dsl provider do you have?? I've got dsl (verizon) and they automatically give you some space...There are some good servers without popups, like envy.nu...

I used Angelfire once or twice and they seem to be really good.

I would not recommend Geocities to anyone, although that is where I had my sites until January 1999 and I got my own domain name. There are really no truly great free hosts, you get what you pay for with most of them.
