I don't think a warranty would cover intentional water damage.

yea, i think the insurance is void if they detect it was due to water damage... but that's just a general thing, Verizon might be different.

I had to call in and claim it. They're sending me a new one monday i just gotta pay the $50 deductable. Not bad but i have to be without a cell all damn weekend.

Shut up. I had it at the top part of the shower, i always do it. it didnt even touch the water. once it rang i turn off the water. i think the steam did it. whatever new cell for me.
