Default Jessica Biel Returns To 7th Heaven

Jessica Biel Returns to 'Heaven'

Actress Jessica Biel will return for the finale of 7th Heaven next month.

Biel, who played eldest daughter Mary Camden on the show, will reprise her role in the final episode of the series.

The last show will revolve around the wedding day of Simon Camden, played by David Gallagher.

Barry Watson, who played Matt Camden, will also return for the finale.

7th Heaven is ending after 10 seasons, making it the longest-running show on the WB network.

Glad to hear that Jessica Biel and Barry Watson will return for the series finale.

But I still believe Simon (David Gallagher) is making a biiiiiiggggg mistake if he
weds that ego-maniac Rose (Sarah Thompson)!

Can't believe Simon would still want to marry Rose...

Has it been established that Deena was the girl that Simon was talking to on his cell last week (when Rose's old boyfriend came to town)?

We're kind of hoping that Simon dumps Rose and gets back with Deena...she was really the nicest girl he ever went out with. Also, since Ruthie and Peter seem to be re-connecting, we think that Simon ought to do the same with Deena.... she's way nicer than Rose, and way better looking too...

I'm shocked that Jessica Biel is coming back for the finale. That's exciting.

I doubt that Simon would actually end up marrying Rose.

I agree about Jessica... considering the lousy movies she's made since she left, it'll be nice to see her involved in something good again, even if it is just a one-time shot...

I really don't think Simon's going to marry Rose either... everytime Rose shows her selfish side (really, her ONLY side), we keep wondering 'When is Simon going to notice what kind of PERSON she is?" And, as I've said before many times, she's not that good-looking either...

I think that the Rose character is a set up, the writers are making us think that Simon is gonna marry this INCREDIBLY AWFUL girl, and then - like magic - Deena shows up and wins Simon back... and he ends up with the nicest girl he's ever known...

Let us pray...

Notice it doesn't say Simon and Rose in that announcement...it only mentions the wedding day of Simon... maybe he WON'T be marrying Rose!

Hopefully, I'm not reading too much into the wording of that article.

I'm glad she's returning for the finale. I also hope the opening credits shows everyone "growing up" - from mom and dad to matt, mary, etc. That would be so neat!

To me it seems like their is no possible way he would marry Rose. The writters make her out to be a bad person and the finale would have to end well on Seventh Heaven. You never can know for sure though. Rose being pregnaunt could really change things.

I don't think Simon would end up marrying someone else. I think it would be too rushed and chessy. He could end up dating someone like Deena.

I'm excited to see the finale. It's always exciting to see how a show that has been going on for ten seasons chooses to end it.

I totally agree that it doesn't seem possible that he would marry Rose, even at this point in the show...

And, (here I go reading perhaps more into a episode's description that is justified) I just noticed that the description says that the episode focuses on the wedding DAY of Simon Camden (as opposed to the WEDDING of Simon)... it may very well be that the wedding won't happen...something will make it fall through at the last minute.

I still think that the girl he was talking to by phone in the parking lot was Deena. And that somehow, she's back, and going to the same school, and works with Simon at where ever he works at (Simon did say that the girl on the phone was someone he worked with).

Of course, I agree that if Deena is back in the picture, she and Simon can't possibly get married in the last episode...that, as you said, would be WAY too cheesy!

Can't wait for the final two episodes... this show, despite the major cast changes over the years and the comings and goings of regulars, has been kept pretty interesting by the writers...and I like the fact that there's some good humor sprinkled in each episode in addition to the regular story lines.

I wondered if the last episode might bring back some early-episode characters that perhaps we haven't seen for a while (like the Morgan family), but if they just focus on the Camdens, that's ok too...after all, the show is about them.
