the White Girl Cindy. If that was the case, why did he change his mind about moving in when he found out her parents would be coming over all the time?-lol That shouldn't have concerned him if he wasn't romantically involved with her.

Not necessarily, people do like their privacy and if somebody's friends or family constantly come over, you have none.

True, but what if he wasn't studying? What if he just wanted to hang out and watch some TV? It can get annoying to have her parents coming over constantly.

But you don't see the point, I'm sure the parents will be all over that apartment. It would be really intrusive after awhile.

I think what Michael didn't like was the fact that her parents didn't mind him living with Cindy because he was black and that they thought that Michael would be her personal body guard sort to speak. I don't think her parents being over all the time is what got to him.

Exactly. And besides, if Michael wanted family around, he might as well stay home. Same thing, different family. Having your own apt. means getting away from parents. Remember how Rerun felt when Mabel was over all the time.
