Default Phil the manager PCP episode

To me it was kinda funny and sad. First of all, we finally hear Phil Jeffers talk. We used to seeing him all the time, but he always remained in the background. I've got to admit homey was feeling it wasn't he. Bumping into people, taking his clothes off in the middle of the floor, hitting Coolidge and pushing Thorpe. The sad part was the girl Debby when she took that leap.

Ah you had to ruin it with the girl jumping to her death didnt you? I was enjoying a good laugh here with that memory in my head of Phil finally doing some talking and showing "some skiiiiin..."

Coach: Where ARE your clothes?

Phil: "Uh Uh I don't know"

I hit the floor when he said that. When I received season two, that's the first episode I looked for.

That's who that guy was!!!! To me, it was funny that he never spoke! I don't think he was a student. Does this episode confirm that he was? I always saw him as a faculty member, a coach assistent to Reeves.

this episode only confirms that this guy CAN TALK. LMAO. It still doesn't clarify whether he was a student or not. One of those mysteries that linger I guess.

Is this the episode where the team tricks him into having a party at his house? For some reason I remember that being an Xmas show. For some reason I remember that Phil character having dialogue in another episode.

He was a student. During that episode, after his escapade, he was walking down the stairs with book in his hands. Coach wanted to have a word with him and he said that he would be late for class.

I'm very ignorant about HS sports. I knew he was a student, but that guy seemed to be working for the team. He's seen giving out towels and sitting on the sidelines making notes of some kind. Did anyone know of anyone in their HS who had a function like that? Maybe he wasn't a good enough baller to make the team so he got that job instead?

I can't remember anyone in my high school like Phil was. It was the episode where Jackson was killed that they held the party at his crib.

Guys,

When do we even learn that his name IS Phil? Is it in the pilot episode?
