The church choir story did originally air on 1/3/90. I have the NBC airing and the church story is there.
However, the original episode also contained the story about Jimmy Aprille's (sp?) search for his missing kids who were abducted by his wife Melveen. She also stole about two million dollars from his bank account. In addition, there was a "special alert" narrated by then FBI assistant deputy director Floyd Clarke. On the Lifetime version, these two stories are deleted and replaced with the crop circle segment from January 31. |

I like your case descriptions.
![]() The 2/21/90 episode is a puzzle. The episode guide describes these two stories as being a part of the original airing: "the Texas search for two teens charged with killing four persons; a Georgia woman's quest to locate the person who protected her from child abuse" I'm guessing the teen story described is the one about those two boys who went on a killing spree. Anyone know who the "Georgia woman" is? The only season two story I can think of that might fit the bill is Sharon Stevens looking for the Zelinskis, but I can't recall if she was from Georgia. Anyone remember? I have no idea when the Dale Hyde and Night Stalker segments may have originally aired. They were repeated that summer, but mixed in with other stories. The Night stalker witness was re-ran on 7/18/90 and Dale Hyde on 8/22/90. |
