On a couple of occasions,I heard a song which I thought was original.Then I find out later on,that it had been done before by another artist.
How often has that happened to you?

I listened to the original by the Righteous Brothers for a while and then I heard the remake.

WTF?... I didn't know Soft Cell's "Tainted Love" was a cover!

I used to think that Iggy Pop covered "The Passenger" from Siouxsie and the Banshees, but it's actually the other way around.

Mountain of love by Johnny Rivers....very hard to tell it from the Harold Dorman orig ( until you get to the harmonica part, which didnt exist in the orig )
