On a couple of occasions,I heard a song which I thought was original.Then I find out later on,that it had been done before by another artist.
How often has that happened to you? Here are some cover versions which I mistook for original songs. WTF?... I didn't know Soft Cell's "Tainted Love" was a cover!
I used to think that Iggy Pop covered "The Passenger" from Siouxsie and the Banshees, but it's actually the other way around. |

Mountain of love by Johnny Rivers....very hard to tell it from the Harold Dorman orig ( until you get to the harmonica part, which didnt exist in the orig )
