but it still doesnt work

it refers you to ioffer.com

and says cant be found

try any of the search features

its just a skin, that doesnt work

I log in and can use everything freely..you need to log in...works fine for me...and can purchase again....

They're having DNS problems (works for some, not others). For those of you who can't get to www.ioffer.com, try going to http://63.211.140.209/

That's the same server (bypasses DNS). See if it works for you (worked for me, when www.ioffer.com doesn't)
