My pick goes to Harvey Keitel. I can't help but enjoy most of the movies he does. The Bad Leuitenant, Pulp Fiction, The Resevoir Dogs, From Dusk Till Dawn, The City of Industry, Mean Streets, Taxi Driver, etc.

Mark Wahlberg...he one of the few people who successfully made the music to movie crossover and has done a lot of great films.

Laura Linney, although she's getting good roles lately. I just think that she should be an A-List actress.

Steve Buscemi, Bill Paxton, Matthew Broderick, James Russo, Mark Ruffalo to name a few.

I agree with Harvey Keitel, Mary-Louise, Christina Ricci, and Steve Buscemi.

Thora Birch is also very underrated, but I think she likes being so.

Aaron Eckhart

Now in "Thank You For Smoking" which I really want to see.

Check out the movie "In The Company of Men" with Eckhart.
He is great in it- though he play a mean character in a very not nice premise.

Amanda Bynes. She has more talent than most of her fellow teen actresses put together, she's hilarious. All of her movies are good but none of them have made over $40million. IMO, shes the most talented yet most underated actress in her age group.

-Steven Segall(Best kung-fu screen actor ever, but underrated as well. Seems the press likes the crappy Chuck Norris and Jean Claud VanDamm instead.)

Note: I only listed these actors and actresses here, while most have good movies and act well, they don't have the Paparazzi chasing after them like dogs going after some meat. Also, they don't seem to have many articles about them these days, either. That's why I've listed them.(Yes, there are many really crappy celebrities who can't even act worth crap who are too over-rated and too hyped up.) What's with this world? Over-rated actors who can't even act worth crap and under-rated actors who get the awards and nominations and who are excellent actors?

Actresses-

1-Reese Witherspoon
2-Jodie Foster
3-Chloe sevigny

Although parts have something to do with it.

I can't blame Jodie Foster for Contact....no one could have helped that part.
