I think this is when they're talking about getting coffee and he asks where they will go but he is being sarcastic since it is obvious that they will go to Central Perk.

Yeah, that's right. They've been living above Central Perk for 10 years and have been there almost every episode, so it's logical they will go there.
I thought it was great that Chandler got the last line.
