Jimmie Walker' character DIES in the Tag Scene?_LOL - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

What in the hell was the purpose of him appearing on this show for 2 min? I thought he would be in the entire ep. Had no idea he was going to die before the Opening Credits. Guess this was a trick to get more viewers to watch tonight's episode. Well it didn't work for me because after he died I turned the channel-lol

Well he was eating with the Family at the Table and then died in the Tag scene. I just saw him appear one more time but only his spirit since he is already dead-lol

Well, i guess it was enough for Nielsen ratings...if you tune in for a minute doesn't that count? I think it does.
I am surprised he didn't appear longer...probably wanted toooo much money.

off topic, but you scared me there for a minute, i thought Jimmy Walker passed away!

but then i didnt see "character" in the topic.

I missed it last night, but I got a hold of it today. He dies before the opening credits even start. Here are some pics of him on it.

I had never seen Everybody Hates Chris Before, it was preety good.

Anyone notice that they did a simuliar seen that showed the Mom grieving the way Florida Evans mourned for James at the end. Both said Damn!, Damn! and cried.

it was a good show but i was mad as hell that jimmie walker only got two scenes.

glad they brought actors from 70s sitcoms back.
