Kids TV Show - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I'm trying to think of an old tv show I used to watch every once in a while when I was very little. I think it was on PBS, but I could be wrong. They did release episodes on video because we played them all the time at my elementary school.

It was suppose to be a show completely ran by kids (but of course it isn't) and they did little music videos to your average children songs. I think it had the name "Kids" in the title, but it's not "Kids Incorporated." You saw them work the cameras and there would always be a problem on the set that they had to fix. I can remember Raven being a guest star on the show when she was very young (probably during her days on Cosby), I think she may have been promoting her first album. I checked her imdb.com filmography, but it's not listed there.

It's not a show that I would want to watch again, but the name is driving me crazy and I just wanted to see if I could see pictures on the show or anything like that to jog my memory.
