I enjoyed it a lot. It was intense but had some real funny scenes. I like how it was narrated.

I heard it had a "political" slant to it. Is that true?

Of course, lol. A few slams on Bush 41 and the old 'war for oil' claim. Not too bad though.

Lol. I think you'll like it. It was your war, after all. It was everyone's war, but you did your part.

That's why I was concerned that it would be turned into an anti-Bush film. Believe me, we were all united and supported Bush Sr. 100%.

I really want to see this movie. Is it ultra-violent though (For those of you who have seen it)?

No, it's not too violent at all. There are some scenes that made me feel uncomfortable, but I never had to look away or leave the room...which is what I do with extreme violence.

i havent seen this...but i would....only 1 thing im not interested in...the "comedy" part that i read in the back of the dvd...i dont like that....why add humor to a serious movie? if it is at all a serious movie

there was no comedy in the killing fields or full metal jacket.....maybe 1 or 2 comments or scenes...that i dont mind

and jaime foxx in a war movie? ehh.....but i wanna see for myself
