Default Your favorites moments in 9 to 5?

Nine to Five is still one of the best 80's comedy's of all time,Dolly Parton is great as being Doralee Rhodes the secetary everyone thinks shes having an affair with the boss. And Ilily Tomlin the fed up head secetary of Mr.hart who always gets passed by on going to the top, and Jane Fonda as the new girl, she shines in her role as the newe secetary. All of them gets revenge at the end, whats your best moments of 9 2 5? When the three were pretending to kill there boss is one of my favorites, and when Vilot was getting the stiff out of the hospital and she got stoped by a candy striper, Vilot says ' I'm a doctor so why am I talking to you,Piss Off" There was'nt a dull moment in the movie, I wish they would make (mabe) part 2 where are they now kind of movie>.

This was one of my favorite movies from the 80s. I do like all those parts you mentioned, one part I liked when they had Mr. Hart captured, they pretended he was in the office. They fooled that butt-kissing lady by saying she just missed him and pretended to run after him on the elevator.

Another scene was at the end of the movie. Where Lily Tomlin admitted they he "won" and admitted defeat. Dabney Coleman said sarcastically, '"I'm sorry, I was just going to call the police, I'm going to throw you 3 bitches in jail!" LOL That line was funny. I got the movie on tape, and I always back that line up!

I think towards the end, when he is gagged and tired- and they have him on the garage door equiptment-
while he struggles hog tied zipping aroudn the room attatched to the machine.

if you haven't seen it, this made no sense..but i always have to pause it to catch my breath

I love Doralee's fantasy where she lassos him and roasts him and the scene where Judy and Doralee leave the corpse in one of the restrooms.
The cleaning lady goes in there, sees the dead guy in the wheelchair and calls out to her co-worker "Hey Vera, there's another stiff in the john!"

I love Doralee's fantasy, too. "I'll change you from a rooster to a hen in one shot!" And when their boss comes back to find all the changes that have been made, that kicked some ass.

I love that line I also like how Judy's fantasy ends with Hart's head on the wall of her office.

She was so feisty! Oh yes, seeing Hart's head up there on the wall of her office - hell yeah. I've gotten my point across but not like them. Those ladies went all out.

All the moments mentioned above were great...this was a very enjoyable movie...I think we saw it 3 or 4 times in the theaters when it came out.

I also liked when Doralee (Parton) bound and gagged Mr. Hart, and then when "Roz" (the ass-kisser) asks to see Hart, Parton replies that "well, no, he's tied up at the moment"...

Very fast paced comedy, I can watch this any time it's on (the Encore networks and/or Flix seem to run this quite a bit). We have it on tape (soon to be on DVD) as well.

Perfect casting as well! But no sequel, please!!

I loved everything about that movie! But my fave part would have to be when the girls were smoking the joint that I believe Violet got from her son. They were sitting around the living room, sharing the joint, and talking about what they'd like to do to Hart. Violet's fantasy is the best part -- SHE'S DRESSED UP LIKE SNOW WHITE! Then when Hart asks her for a cup of coffee, a bunch of cartoon animals follow her into the break room. She pours a cup of coffee, opens up her ring and pours poison into his cup...OMG, the look on her face...LMFAO! Then she stirs the coffee with a spoon, and when she takes out the spoon, there's NOTHING. No spoon! Just the handle. She smiles even more mischievously/evilly, and then gives Hart his coffee.

Oh man, BEST PART. The look on her face is PRICELESS.
