Did they ever catch Fred (?) Montenegro???
The child-molesting teacher who dissapeared just as police had found damning evidence against him?
I'm not sure if Fred was his first name. |

I agree with Kane. I saw a segment on Frank Montenegro today. No update has aired yet so I'm assuming (and probably true) that he is still in hiding someplace.

I saw this today on the "new" UM, I can't believe Frank Montenegro hasn't been caught yet, considering he had 5 siblings and a lot of extended family, I'm surprised the police haven't gotten any information about his whereabouts because you would think he would contact them.
