Question Like The Series Finale?

I just watched the second part of the Series Finale that ABCFamily aired. And yes, I have seen it many times. I even remember the originial airing.

Does anyone here actually like the Series Finale? I keep hearing how people disliked it, but not liking it.

I think the series finale was terrible! As a regular episode it was not that bad, but a series finale... come on, that has to be something special! It was nice they brought Steve back, and them saying they will always care for each other (indicating this was the last episode), but it just wasn't enough. Why didn't Joey get a girlfriend? Why didn't Danny get re-married?

I actually didn't mind Danny not getting re-married.

I thought it was a good episode. Not the best, but good. You also have to put into consideration that they thought they were coming back for a 9th Season. ABC told them in February 1995 that they wouldn't be coming back. It wasn't that great of a Finale because it was rushed. And sorry, but I prefer that episode over just meeting a new character near the end, and 2 episodes later, have her marry Danny. (The exact thing they did with "Three's Company")

I agree completely!!!...And John Stamos was also to blame. He wanted out, so that's a major reason ABC axed it after season 8.

I do love the series finale a lot. It was on both ABC Family and Nick at Nite. It has the Olsen Twins appeared together to regain Michelle's memory.

YOu cannot completely blame John Staos though. THe reason why he did not want to continue with FUll House was that It was to come back for a 9th seaon, But not on ABC. It was to come back on the new WB network. ABC tends to sell a lot of their shows (Taxi, Step By Step, Family Matters, Sister Sister, Sabrina). He didn't see the use to contiue on the WB. Plus, Candace Cameron was going to college and said she would just do a few episodes in the season.

BTW, Bad series finale. Average season Finale.

I liked the finale. It is one of my favorite episodes.

I was thinking it would've been nice to bring back Vicki. I never understood why she had to go.

I would have been okay if he married Vicki Larson. She was the only REAL Girlfriend Danny had throughout the series....I never knew why she left either. She was annoying sometimes, but she was tolerable. (Unlike Nicky and Alex!) Maybe it had something to do with her jumping from ABC to NBC at the same time. She kept popping up as Six's mom on Blossom, while doing Full House.
