I WAS GOING TO PRE-ORDER THE DVD, BUT IT SEEMS THAT IT WILL TAKE 3-5 DAYS AFTER RELEASE TO GET IT. AM I RIGHT ON THIS? IF SO, I'D RATHER GET IT AT ANOTHER STORE, THE DAY OF RELEASE, 5/9/06.

ALTHOUGH FOR MANY, A 30% SAVINGS AT AMAZON WILL BE HELPFUL, AND HOPEFULLY THIS PRICE WILL HELP OTHERS GET THE DVD SET.

I'M SO CURIOUS TO KNOW WHAT THE FIRST WEEK'S #'S WILL BE FOR THE FACTS DVD. TJ-KNOW HOW WE COULD GET THAT INFO?

The cover art dosen't look as bad as it does in high resolution, I guess you have to look at it more closely to appreciate the finer details of it. Now that I look at it more closely, the cover art looks like a cross between the cover art from The Golden Girls; with the four faces in geometrically positions on the DVD and the hideous neon colors from the cover art of the Full House DVDs. So there's some good 80s influences incorporated with the cover art.

I just looked at the Amazon listing for TFoL, it's currently at #485 among all DVDs (including all movies) and was #306 yesterday. Considering it's not going to be released for another two months, that's not too bad.

I just won mine on ebay for $19.50. It's coming from a warehouse close to were I live. They will ship it when the dvd arrives. I know some warehouses get dvds a week before or couple of days before. So I should get it the day before or the same day when it comes out. I also won another dvd that coming out on the same day for $19.99. I find it cheaper to get it from a warehouse for a low price then at the store. In my area, Circuit City will have it for $29.99 while Best Buy will have it for $35.99. So I save some money.

this is probably old news to you, but I saw it @ Best Buy last week. I think i'm going to try to get it in the near future, but I just do not like Season 1 at all. Is there any word if they will relase other seasons of FOL on DVD?

No word yet on more seasons, but it seems to be selling really well so I'm guessing that we will get more.
