Default The lady who went into labor in the Evans's apt

...looks too old to be pregnant. she looks like she's at least in her mid-40s.

That's the same actress from a Different World. She played the headmistress of the school. I didn't like her in DW. but yeah, back to the question, she did look kinda old. Back when I seen this during it's first run, I didn't think that.

Yeah, I seen her in A Different World. I just seen her in an episode of Sanford and Son playing Fred's sister who married a white guy. LOL

Funny, I didn't like her on A Different World either. She appeared to be too sanctimonious. I get the feeling that the actress Mary Alice is like that in real life from other things I have seen her do.

As for her age, it makes sense that she was giving up the baby because she already had a bunch of other kids. The character probably was supposed to be over 40.

I don't think so, my grandma had a baby when she was 46 and my aunt had a baby when she was 40.

I think there was a blooper in this episode. Willona staggered out of the bedroom and left the door wide open and as she was walking down the hallway, you can see the door slowly close behind her. The only person left in the room were Loretta and the baby. Did the baby close the door? lol

Thelma was in the room with them. And after the baby was born Wilona came out and Florida but Thelma was still in the room.

Similar to Judith Cohen. A whole show built around her. She had more lines than anyone in the episode. I could've sworn they were going to spin her ass off too. LOL
