Default If Miss Collins is married then why...

do they call her MISS Collins instead of Mrs. Collins??????
Also, do you all catch that audience member who says "gertrude" when Mrs. Collins husband tells the boys how he had to sneak out and buy that vase when "Gertrude" was not looking? I hate knowing I am gonna hear that audience member say her name, like she is making fun of that name.

Are you sure it wasn't Ms. Collins?

The credits list her as Miss Collins played by Fritzi Burr. So, yeah, why do they call her Miss when she is married?

A lot of writers probably don't think it matters because most people might not notice but I guess some people do pay that much attention. I never noticed before though.

I'm a wondering if at first when they created the character, they called her Miss Collins, never thinking they would ever reference her as being married; since a storyline came up abt her, they needed a husband to add to the storyline abt getting the gift so they just figured like Erica said, we wouldn't notice, care or not really pay attention.

Hey, there's always someone for everyone. I see more attractive people single and unmarried than unattractive people. Mrs. Collins wasn't that bad-looking though.

That's MISS COLLINS...
ya, that's true too, i guess because the good-looking people love to play the field and don't want to settle down.

That's true too. Some good-looking ones feel though maybe no one is good enough for them or their just too ugly on the inside to keep someone. Most of these pretty people end up old and alone, you would think after playing the field for so long they would find someone instead wasting your time on losers but you are what you attract. But than you got unattractive folks playing the field too and getting their play on, how? I do not know.

Like i have heard supermodels say that in high school they never had dates because the guys assumed since the girls were so beautiful, they already had a boyfriend, had a date, or were toooooo afraid to ask them out.
