I saw it a few weeks ago for the first time. DB Sweeney, Randy Quaid, Bill Duke are also in it. It's about Charlie is a car thief who steals Porsches. DB is a undercover cop who pretends to be a car mechanic so he can get close to Charlie and pretend to be his friend and steal cars with Charlie so he can bust Charlie. Randy is a cop who puts DB on the case. I couldn't find this movie at any Blockbuster Video and other video stores i been to so i had to order it online.
