Default Can't see Chandler without Monica.

i just dont like them NOT being together. In the earlier seasons when he is with other women, i just get mad at him for not seeing him and monica belong together. is anybody else see like this?
please dont say im crazy

I never really saw that they were meant for eachother early on. It's cool that people could see it even though they hadn't decided they would be together.

I don't really feel like they need to realize they should be with eachother early on, but I don't think you are crazy.

I can't imagine them apart, but actually Mon with other guys bothers me more, I can't really watch those episodes.

I think on the ones in the fourth season when he broke up with Kathy that Monica is just right for him at that time. I love seeing them together and that is why I don't really care for some of the really early episodes.

What's funny is that the season before they got together, Chandler was asking Monica if he'd make a good boyfriend for her and she laughed and dismissed him.

It's funny also when you watch the episodes from early seasons where Chandler is broken up over a break up (usually from Janice) and Monica and Rachel are consoling him.

Of course, if they hadn't gotten together, no one would see those early episodes the way they do now. Ironically, Monica and Chandler's thing was supposed to be a fling that only lasted for a few episodes. But when the producers saw the chemistry between the characters, they realized they had gold and kept it going.

Unlike Ross and Rachel, who I stopped caring about as a couple after all the anti-climactic flirting with reunions and fake weddings, they never broke up and despite some ups and downs, stayed together and made it work.

I totally agree. Since Courtney Cox and Mathew Perry are already good friends in real life I think that helped on the show.

Yeah there's a lot of things that happened in earlier seasons between Monica and Chandler that make you laugh when you look back, because you know they're eventually going to get together, even though they don't.

For example, Monica making Chandler work out, or Monica and Chandler at the beach that time when Chandler asks if he'd be a good boyfriend

There's many more.

yeah it does make me laugh to see some of the earlier episodes like the one in the first season where Carol has Ben and Monica says that she wants a baby and Chandler says if neither of them is married when they are 40 then they will have a baby together. I am glad that they got together.

That's a great example . . . fate eventually brought them together.

Hey.

In the earlier seasons of Friends, I definitley can put Chandler and Monica together. They just work so well together and look like the cutest couple. But on the other hand, it doesn't bug me to watch Monica and Chandler dating other people in the earlier episodes. I know they're going to end up together anyways. LOL.

Yeah that's true. I have been watching some of the earlier ones and they are really funny and I know they are going to get together anyway.
