I watched Americas Most Wanted last night and he was featured on there. He is a fugitive and he is wanted. He was the lead singer of the seventies group THE VILLAGE PEOPLE. He is also the ex-husband of Phylicia Rashad, from the Cosby Show. He is considered armed and dangerous.

yeah, what's so funny is they had the cop that initially pulled him over and the cop says Mr. Willis kept telling him "Do you know who I AM???? I was in the Village People. I was the cop." LOL
