Default The Episode where Cliff and Claire find a joint in Theos book

Anyone else remember this episode? Cliff an Claire find a joint inside Theo's schoolbook. Theo shows them that it isn't his and Cliff lectures the kid who put the joint there to stay out of trouble and talk to someone about his issues.
Verdict - NOT FUNNY

I think a much funnier idea would have been if the joint really was Theo's. I think Theo was experimenting at some point anyway.

Yeah I do remember that episode and he was talkin bout cigs, but I mean when does that even happen in real life either. If kids wanna smoke they go outside and smoke out of their parents sight.

Cuz he is a doctor...not unusual for them to know this stuff and other drugs as well. I don't do drugs, but I would know a joint from the simple fact it was rolled up like that. It obviously isn't cigarettes...so, it's simple deduction and common sense. I think growing up and watching movies, stuff on t.v., reading magazines, etc. I was never shocked when my adult daughter would know a joint when she saw one on t.v. because kids and adults are exposed to stuff like that all the time on the media.

I thought Theo was really foolish in bringing that guy over to the house and telling Cliff.

Now how many people would do that?

You know the show got criticized alot by alot of Blacks for portraying these kids as being "so perfect", two parents who have tough jobs and seem to have soooo much time at home. They were upset that they didn't show the Huxtables have "normal" stresses, long-drawn out days, the kids hassling, the parents having "low" moments. I agree with them.

Actually I think Bill Cosby is the one who smokes that crap since he made all the male characters on that show seem so dumb. He tells black people how to live, how to raise their kids and there he is CHEATING ON HIS WIFE...who the hell is he to tell others how to "behave"?
