NBC. In a 1977 Interview in Ebony Magazine, Cosby discussed all the TV shows he did in the 70's and how they were all cancelled. His statement was-"I haven't been able to put Together a TV Show where the public will say "Hey, Let's watch! It's as simple as that"

I Wonder how the Cosby Show would have Done in the 70's. Bill never tried to do a sitcom in the 70's, his main focus was variety shows
