I heard smitty tell lamont that police officers make $11,000 in the episode when Lamont was trying to get out of the Junk Business. Well that was 32 years ago. Just amazing to hear how different salaries were in 74.

I remember that part of the episode, because I was thinking DAMN. I guess things were cheaper back then so it evens out, but it was a shock-lol
