Maybe they should have given the grandparents their own spinoff-lol - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I was watching the episode last night when the grandparents were at their OWN home and was thinking-"why the hell was viewers watching these two boring people at their own home and it's suppose to be about Cliff and his family. Then i thought they should have just spinned those two off and called it -"Russell and whatever the woman name was and have Cliff and Clair drop in occasionally and make guest appearances and it could have aired after A diiferent world-lol Then i thought who the hell would want to see these two characters if you are under the age of 60? Not many. It's amazing this show was still able to have success with those two on the show

I'm probably one of the few here but I thought Russell and Anna(his wife) were cute and enjoyed the episodes they were on.

They probably would have been cute to me if they wasn't seen 16 times-lol

LOL I guess their apperances could have been spread out a little more. So people wouldn't get sick of them so easily

Exactly, but it seemed like Russell was seen a lot more
