alright I have a question.. there is this guy i guess he's a plumber and needs people to work for him my brother was suppose to help him yesterday but my brother said he was being a A ** Hole, Sorry for my language he keeps calling his cell phone , and kept on stoping by last night more then once see if he was home or if i talked with him. I was just wondering if that is called harrassment? B/c if he stoped by again i was gonna call the cops on him.....

The guy needs help you say? To me it looks like he trusted your brother in keeping up his promise to work for him and he felt let down.

The guy sounds crazy i think. He keeps calling my brother every hr on the dot he said. Now he's stoping by the house when he's not home thats just a bit to much! I dont blame my brother for not working for him.. Told him if he needs me today just call my cell phone and ill leave early from work.

I agree w/ Kazza, sounds like your brother backed out and is now having to pay for a bit of irresponsiblity. Did your Brother even bother to tell the guy he wasn't gonig to work for him?

Your brother needs to come forward and tell the guy that he either will work for him or that he's not. This guy is expecting the help and your brother is wasting his time. He's avoiding responsability and making up excuses..IMO

He told me that he never showed up at the job b/c he was being a A** H....... So i guess you guys are right.
