Default Hot Sauce on RIBS??????

Stupid J.J said Henrietta was the Hot Sauce on his ribs. Why in the hell would anyone put Hot Sauce on Ribs? Doesn't it already have BARBECUE SAUCE on IT?-lol

I live in TX, and there are a lot of people here who put hot sauce on their BBQ. There are people who put hot sauce on their eggs. So hot sauce on Ribs doesn't sound strange to me.

For some people, the spicier the food the BETTER! This looks like it would be TOO spicy for me, however.

There is this barbecue restaurant in my area called "Famous Dave's" has very good sauce. When I go there, they have special sauces on the table I put on the ribs that are already sauced. So it's not as weird as you think. I see what you're saying, leave the hot sauce for chicken wings, not ribs.

we have a famous daves here too but i only go there for the chicken fingers and fries-lol But why would someone put hot sauce on something that already has sauce on it?
