Who's your favorite character on NC?
Mine is probably Dan Fielding, the show wouldn't have been the same without him. But really, they're all great.

Daniel "Reinhold Elmore" Fielding.

Not just fave NC character, fave tv character of all time. Mere percentage points ahead of Michael J. Fox's Alex on Family Ties.

Judge Harry T. Stone of course was my absolute favorite. I also liked Christine and Dan. I thought all three were the triple threat of the show.

Harry by far. He is probably my favorite character on any television show ever at this point. He's so easy to watch, and so funny.

Harry wins me over by a landslide. He's the wallpaper image on my Razr. Someone this weekend at a conference in Seattle asked to use my phone and then proceeded to tell everybody around about how I have Harry on me at all times!

I love Dan too though. What a great set of characters in NC.

I'm split on this one, But I like Bull because he's such a sweetheart. But Dan is so hilarious. So I would have to say Bull and Dan

Agreed. It's probably a tie between Bull and Dan.

Dan, hands down.

All of the characters were funny, but John Larroquette could turn any scene into a riot with a short line, or even just a double-take and a facial expression. I know that John Ritter gets a lot of respect for his physical comedy skills, but if JR was the #1 male comic actor on 80s TV, JL was #1a. IMO.
